The clinical practice period has a duration of 6 + 6 weeks. Application and integration of theoretical knowledge in the practical practice of nursing. Development of practical nursing skills, communication and interaction with patients, their relatives and co-workers. Insight into parts of specialist health care.
Assessment of the student`s practical skills shall be done with a basis in the University`s objectives, the student`s written plan for the study period and documentation of the student`s own learning process.
The Contact Nurse, student and teacher participate in and have responsibility for carrying out the assessment.
